What is it?

The Panther Success Network (PSN) is a platform that will allow you to remain connected with members of your FIU Success Team, such as your Academic Advisor, Success Coaches, Career Coaches and Tutors. PSN makes it easier for you to stay on track and alerts you and your advisor if you veer off track through progress reports from your professors and predetermined success markers. PSN includes a record of advisor reports and notes that both you and your advisor may view at any time. For more information, click here.

What is it?

PSN makes it easier for your students to stay on track and alerts you if your students veer off track through progress reports from professors and predetermined success markers. How do I access the Panther Success Network?

To access the Panther Success Network, login to Campus Solutions using your FIU Panther ID and My Accounts Password.

What browser should I use to access the Panther Success Network?

For an optimal experience, we recommend using the latest versions of either Mozilla Firefox or Google Chrome.

Can I export my caseload as an Excel spreadsheet?

Yes, to export your caseload follow these steps:

  1. From your Advisor Home page, click on the Actions menu located on your caseload and select the Export Results option.
  2. The Export Results Columns dialog box will pop-up for you to select the columns of data to include in your report. Once you have completed your selection of columns, click the Export button.
  3. A yellow banner will appear at the top of your browser window. Click on the Download Center for Reports link.
  4. In the Download Center for Reports, click on the name of the report you would like to download.

Can I include attachments in the messages I send to students?

Yes, the Panther Success Network allows you to attach documents to messages, advisor reports, and advisor notes.

What if I accidentally save an advisor report or note for the wrong student?

If you accidentally save an advisor report or note for the wrong student, please email your supervisor with your request to have the note removed. Include the student’s Panther ID, your Panther ID, and any details that can help identify the report or note to be removed. Your supervisor should forward your request with his or her approval to advtech@fiu.edu. Our team will send you a confirmation when the report or note is successfully removed from the student’s profile.
